How many times have you seen those ads? You may have even seen one that landed you on this site. The truth is there are people who have legitimate online businesses making money through paid surveys. Most of will not quit are day job and pay our bills entirely through paid surveys although this is possible.
The key is an online survey business is a real business and must be treated as such. If you wish to make a lot of money taking surveys, me personally I take them in my spare time for fun and make a couple extra $100 a week as I make much more in my other online businesses. But paid surveys are a fun way to make a little extra money for me.
There are plenty of online survey sites to choose from. They are not all the same and you should look for ones that offer:
- Payment through Pay Pal
- Have the types of surveys you’re looking for
- Has a wide variety of surveys to choose from
- Pays you real money (not with sweepstakes or product offers)
- Dose not have a limit on the # of surveys you need to take
I am sure you have also seen the ads stating that online surveys are a scam. The truth is most of wont end up quitting are day jobs by taking on line surveys. But there are legitimate ways to make money online and Paid Survey is certainly one of them. Now I am not saying that there are not online survey scams out there. I would be fool to say so. Just like in every venture there are legitimate businesses and there are scams and online surveys are no different.
The other thing that you have to consider is that some so called scams are just survey sites that make you jump through a lot more hoops to get what they offer for taking the survey and usually pay you in points or cash sweepstakes.
My experience has been to pay the small fee to join the survey sites. They will collect surveys and offers from all different companies that tend to be much more legitimate and deliver what they promise. This way you can spend your time taking surveys and getting paid instead of searching the web for hours looking for legitimate paid surveys. Besides you can make up the small fee you paid to join just by taking a few surveys.

I looked into this after reading lots and lots of ads. My inquiry was answered and I was told I can make a whopping 5 cents up to whatever, I stopped listening after that. Really, 20 surveys to make a dollar. How stupid is that? Anyway I would love to do the surveys and make $500 a week even if I put in 6 or so hours a day but apparently that’s not possible. To bad, marketing companies could save a lot of money.

I am sorry to hear that it is very unfortunate. It dose take a little work to discover the one that are worth signing up for. Hint Most will have money back guarantees. You can find plenty of information on this site about some of the more reputable ones. Myself i am very happy with the ones i chose and as i have mentioned make a couple extra hundred dollars a week doing them in my spare time.

well if your happy about the ones you chose, and you want other people like myself make a couple extra hundred dollars a week let us know which ones to chose. like you said work smart not hard and thats what i’m trying to do. and if it’s the ones that you have to complete an offer in order to get a dollar or 2 don’t even bother to tell me. because i don’t think i should have to take a trial or get my credit report for or anything else for that matter just to make some money.
If you go back and read the post I have listed all the sites I use to make money taking surveys online. I have even listed proof i my income through surveys in one of the post.
Again if you read my post you will see you are not paying to take surveys you are paying a service to gather all the surveys for you in one place and again not every one will make money with surveys it definitely takes patience and some time to develop a system that works for you.
But if you do this you should be able to average $18-$20 an hour pretty easy. If you are looking to get super rich surveys is not the answer.

Yes you are correct you should not have to pay to work, but if you want a service to collect the surveys for you and list them all in one place than you should expect to pay a fee for this service. These sites are legitimate companies that offer a service and should not be expected to work for free just as you should not be expected to work for free.

How would i know if your site is not just another scam to lure people using the “scam alert theme” and usual known facts well orquestrated to make the public believe that your “choosen sites” are the good ones?
All the sites i recommend have a money back guarantee and are highly respected sites but the only way you will know for sure is to try them yourself. Me personally I enjoy making money with paid surveys and over time have learned to master the system where i can make a couple extra hundred dollars a week doing them a few hours each day.
Not everyone will make money doing this but again if you give it some time and have the patience to learn your own system I have no doubt you will be able to make some extra cash with paid surveys.

u guys know these guys are just trying to take your money and 100,000 other people’s right? sound too good to be true? cuz it is too good to be true.
I barely have enough to pay my bills, much less pay a fee to work a job. I am looking for a job to pay my bills. I have NO problem working 10+ hours a day at a job that compensates me for the work, and I am not lazy at all. If I had $40 to give to each “possible” job, why would I need a job?
If you read the various post on this site. You are not paying a fee to work a job. You are paying for a service to help you work more efficiently. Just as a I or any company pays a fee to differnt services it uses. Whether it be advertising, Marketing or even idependent contractors. You are more than welcome to become an Independent product review rep without paying a fee. I just find it much easier to pay a company to do all the leg work for me and it is certainly more cost productive than if i was to research and find all the paid surveys on my own. Good luck with whatever way you choose.

I think a common miss conception with paid surveys is you sign up, pay your membership fee, and then sit back and watch large amounts of money come in. And this is just not true there is work involved just like any job you expect to get paid for. I said this a thousand times not everyone wll make money with paid surveys but if it something you enjoy doing and have patience with you can definitly make money doing it. Also if you are looking to become super wealthy look elsewhere very few people make $100,000’s of dollars doing surveys and those that do treat it as a full on business and have people working for them.

Why don’t these sites let you join them for free to start, then deduct membership fees from money earned? They already have to find these surveys for other members anyway.
Yes that would be great, but unfortunately it still requires time, effort and research for these companies all which takes money to do.

I belong to a number of sites where i get paid to do surveys and try products for many different companies. I did all the research myself to find these companies and have NEVER paid ONE DIME in order to work for ANY them.
I also do mystery shopping and merchandising. It would be very difficult to make a good living from doing surveys alone.
Also, it seems that once you prove to the survey companies that you will complete the surveys carefully and in a timely manner that they will give you more and more to do. Same goes with mystery shopping.
Yet it is only possible to contact each of these companies and do all the research yourself. Although I find it a lot easier and much less time-consuming to join one of the paid survey sites, but I think it would be great if you could share withl some of our viewers just how you discover these on your own.
But either way you choose to start doing paid surveys. It can be a great source of extra income.
